"The dental work is satisfactory. The insurance billing is awful. They refused to bill my insurance for work done, giving excuses including "the phone wait was too long," I cannot do their dental billing for them. It is something they MUST do. Now they are billing me incessantly. Their billing manager was never in the office nor available by phone."
