"Idiocy alert: They tell you in their patient portal messages that you can fill out your "clip board" and have it ready for the appointment. You spend 20 minutes completing it. You get to the appointment and they hand you a clip board. You tell them you completed it online. They say "it's a new system, we can't access that information". "The place sux for compassion, politeness, efficiency and general care. It's a default clinic (only game in town) and operated like it. Keep your expectations low and maybe you won't be let down. I'd love to talk with ownership as it is a business, right?"

"Confusion and chaos. Lack of attention to detail. Little to no empathy nor sympathy. I was told today to, "You could try somewhere else!" when I asked for a different time due to multiple schedule conflicts at 'their' time.
