"My partner Mack and I had new patient appointments. The doctor suggested we do some extra testing, I asked if it would cost more and she said “it’s covered by insurance”. We unwittingly incurred a deductible of $1316 on two allergy tests and a sleep test. We were billed for three EKGs, when only one had been done.
