"Everything was good for the 30+ years I was a patient at CMP. Then came the VIP department & I choose not to pay $2, 000 a year to continue to see my physician. There was obviously no plan for people that opted out of VIP. After 3 months, I finally got a new Dr. At my first visit I was told it was his last day, I still have not been assigned a physician. It'll be year in June!"

"I stayed on the phone for at least one half of an hour to get a paper copy for my next appointment with my primary care physician and my wife’s as well. We need paper copies because our last doctor that we saw a week ago immediately said he was leaving.
