"My experience was a good one, I arrived 45 minutes before my procedure and completed my paperwork. Upon completion I was sent to to the back where the nurse, anesthesiologist, and doctor who would be preforming the procedure greeted me. They were professional and answered all my questions. "Upon my arrival I was greeted by Alondra very politely got my papers done. Mariann came next so politely took me and got my IV started Dr Kimbrogh came and greeted me with the next 15 minutes I meet with Jeff the anesthesia and Angel the endo technician it was a very pleasant experience. "Dr. Galan and his team are fast, efficient, careful, and listen. I've had scopes at other places, and they did not use IV fluid, and I ended up so dehydrated from prep that it threw a kidney stone two days later. They thought the pain meant I had been punctured during the scope (colonoscopy). They had a bag of fluid waiting for me. And they have a system down that allows for a safe speed to get through ..."
