"I am giving two stars because my cataract removal surgery was successful and Dr. Crosswell was very professional and caring during that surgery. I was in the Lexington office yesterday for a three o'clock appointment. It was for a post-cataract-removal check. I arrived in the office at 2:50 and then waited over an hour and a half for my appointment. When I mentioned the long wait to the nurse, ..."

". This business has no respect for the customer's time. 2. Every doctor visit I have had to wait over an hour sometimes 2 hours. 3. Doctor Cross kept pushing for me to get the surgery he said my insurance would pay for it but it did not and I'm left with a huge bill and it did not correct my vision and now he keeps continuing to push for the operation in the other eye. 4.
