"I can confirm the authenticity of these review, stay far away from this place. This give misinformation, and are extremely difficult to get a hold of. Do use their services and get billing amounts in writing if you are daring enough to use their services."

"DO NOT GO HERE! Most poorly run, and unprofessional medical facility I have ever seen. They give misinformation, ask you to pay cash even though I had Medicare, also asked me to bill Medicare. Needless to say, I have not been reimbused any of the $1295 which I paid. Go elsewhere!!!!!!! I give them 0 stars. I now use Boulder Valley Pulmonology for my Sleep Therapy needs."

"Not at all surprised about these negative reviews… and I would echo everything said. Their BBB rating is “C”, I have never seen a review site with a rating higher than 2.5. But… there are not a lot of options which is why CSI really doesn’t care. They are hopelessly incompetent in their billing and blow you off when you call. "Absolute terribly run and impossible to get help with the way they do things. Had to wait 3 months for a second sleep study since there were still issues, that appointment they cancelled and then wouldn't reschedule for another 4 months. Its maddening to try and get supplies."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They send you a bill that states the balance is after any insurance. They didn't even submit a claim and a month and a half later and 30+ phone calls they submit the claim only to find out they didn't get pre-authorization. Calling for another 3 weeks now and I can not get a single member of management to call me back. They clearly ..."

"The office staff is HORRIBLE. Try to order CPAP supplies and you get transferred to an unmanned extension that never responds to messages. Try to talk to the office about it and you just get the run-around. They are literally playing with people's lives. This clown show needs to be shut down!"
