"Make sure you inquiry if they take your insurance or vision plan before making an appointment. They changed from last time I saw them and my plan is no longer accepted. No one bothered to tell me when I made the appointment I had to wait 4 months to even get, then showed up for my appointment and they tell me I'm out of network. Needless to say, had to cancel on the spot, waste of my time. "

"Mom went to Colorado Ophthalmology Assoc, Dr. Garett Frank, 11750 W 2nd Pl, Lakewood, CO 80228. Had an eye exam. Took the prescription to Foothills Vision Center, 12810 W Alameda Pkwy Unit B, Lakewood, CO 80228. They filled the prescription. Mom's disabled can't work, on disability, low income & lives paycheck-to-paycheck ($900 month). If I help her she loses benefits. The senior housing got ..."
