"BEWARE:: showed up to my apt. on time for Dr. Mercer. Filled out new hire PPWK 6 min later. 5 min after my apt. time, a Rude nurse came out and said because I was not 30 min prior to the apt. the Dr. will not see me. Note: Never was this covered and it looks like the Dr. was running behind that day, having other apts. prior to mine waiting as well. They offered a week later for a new apt. ..."
