"Very disappointed to know that a mental health provider takes two months to get an intake appointment set up, and they will NEVER answer the phone. When I did get the email, they didn't even respond in time for appointment slots they gave me. "Finding a personality that melds with the patient is so important and Dr. Moe is a great fit. She is a realist, is assertive at finding what works and keeps the patient accountable to following up with the counseling needed. Initial intake process is slow when trying to get established, but our ongoing care and appointments have been very smooth."

"I have been calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing them. They will NOT get back to me. I even left a message saying if they can’t help me to let me know, they didn’t even have the decency to do that. They ARE accepting new patients and they DO accept my insurance, what a poor way to do business for someone who needs help. Pathetic."
