"Got a text from Dr. Coley reminding me it was time that set up an appointment on Tuesday, on Wednesday morning I called and they fit me in that afternoon. Went in, everyone was so nice. A great doctors visit. Saw Dr. Ben Swartz. Very good—very caring. Will stick with these guys."

Despite scheduling back-to-back appointments for my daughter and me, poor communication and rigid policies ruined the visit. After arriving early, I explained my daughter was delayed due to traffic but would arrive soon. Instead of flexibility, the staff refused to honor her appointment—even though she arrived within ..."
