We call and get no useful responses, we leave our number and get no call backs, Dr Contreras is never in the office and always has her NP see patients, who cannot sign many of the prescriptions, then it takes weeks to get the Dr's signature to fill. Their new phone greeting since March patches you to a message; I dialed their number in the lobby and witnessed no phones tied up and no one answers. One can never talk live.
