"Learn from me. Find another place for your eye exam. My prescription was completely wrong. I believe they switched my left eye for my right eye and vice versa. Not completely sure. At this point, I would not be surprised if they gave me another person's prescription. Who knows? I've called SEVERAL times and been told they will call me right back. Nope. No calls. "Horrible customer service and experience. I ordered perscripion eye glasses on July 5th. After a few phone calls to Cohen's and no return calls, I engaged my credit card company that I used to purchased the eye glasses. They contacted Cohen's Fashion Optic and were ignored as well. I received a refund from the credit card company but wasted almost 3 months. Why would a company not fulfill an order ..."

"I have been waiting for my daughter's glasses for a month and some contact lenses for me. every time I call they don't call me back, and if I go to the store in PSL they tell me that they come after 5:00 pm (the prescription or the lab) and they don't tell me anything else, the staff is very friendly, but the Horrible service, I don't know if it has happened to someone else but it makes me very angry, ..."
