"I am 7 days post op C5-6 fusion and I cannot get a call back from his office for a fever and pain issues. I went so far as to drive an hour to his office today to leave a message for the nurse to call me and still no response. Dr. Flotte may be a good surgeon, but his staff completely ignores the patient regardless of the pain or suffering. I am disappointed and wish I had secured a different physician ..."

"Dr. Oztas is the worst I've ever encountered, he made me feel as if my issue and or pain wasn't urgent. He obviously downplayed my pain level after I told him could not go to work and refuse to give an excuse for time off. This was not his 1st time treating me for a herniated disc in my neck. I was treated 8 months ago. I have Degenerative Disc Disorder 5 days after my appointment with him due ..."
