"This is by far the worst facility I have ever been to for a procedure. The physician I had was wonderful and have been a patient of his for years, but the staff is less than average. They gave me pre-op instructions two days before and the day before told me they were going to cancel because they lacked paperwork from an MRI. I called multiple places getting this to them to find out it wasn't even ..."
