"called to make an appointment as a new patient because i am in extreme pain. The person answering call stated we don't do anything on first visit. I indicated that I was in extreme pain & if I wouldn't be offered any relief there was no reason to make an appointment to which she replied OK & hung up. Apparently patient well being isn't the primary concern of practice."
