"No one ever answers the phone. I always get a machine saying sorry but the appointment line is busy. One time I stayed on hold calling for over and hour so I drove over to office and the phones wasn't even ringing at the receptionist desk. When I acquired about it. They said that they had been getting a lot of people fussing about that. It seems like they would have done something about it by now. ..."
