"Edited to fit Dr Welch, I was told that the price could be anywhere between $2,000 and $5,000 depending on Sure Smile. I was told I would pay around $350 for your services and if I decided not to go with Sure Smile, I would just forfeit the $350. That is what I heard, that is what I thought. "The $10 PPE charge is absurd. First of all my hygienist only wore a surgical mask and gloves. The dentist came in with a gown and a face shield that I know in fact he wore in the previous room as well as wore it into the room after mine without changing in between patients so why are you charging $10 per patient?
