"I went to see Dr. Hagan twice. The first time went quite nicely. He quickly diagnosed my gout in one toe. The second visit was disappointing. I arrived at 9:55 for a 10:00 appointment and sat for 5 minutes, then was put in an exam room where I waited ANOTHER HOUR. I literally thought they had forgotten about me!
