"I’ve been to see the PA twice now and then met with Dr. Matthew Brennan today about nasal congestion I still have even after a septoplasty to address a deviated septum. I see the reviews from others about the rudeness and lack of empathy from the staff there, and I have to say I absolutely have not experienced that at all.
