"Waited 3 hours after my appointment time and decided to leave. My 6 year olds eyes were dialated for an hour already. We got there at 9:30 and it is now 12:20!!!!! Ridiculous to make a child wait that long. On Top of that they ordered lunch and decided to take a lunch break when their office closes at 1pm. "

"If i could put no stars i would apointment was at 9:40am now its 11:30 they even got delievered lunch so you know how thats going dont come here unless u have nothing to do and have to be out at specific time appointment or not."
