"Do not use Dr. Norris at Coast Urological Medical Group. Medically unskilled, violated proper medical protocols, did not provide post-operative instructions, rude, refused to answer questions, yelled and called his patient names. It's hard to believe that in all my experience with great doctors I'd have to experience one at this level of absolute malpractice."
