"Sharing our insane experience. After getting multiple appointment confirmation emails and texts (including this morning), my daughter and I went into her appt. When we arrived we were told the Call Center messed things up and my daughter couldn’t be seen. As we were about to leave I was told someone cancelled and we could come back at 2 (3 hours later)… we arrived at 1:45. We were told it would be ..."

"My wife had to get two root canals with crowns done. Coast Dental took the money fast enough. When it was time to get the crowns put on, the dentist decided to extend his vacation leaving my wife to deal with temporary crowns. Even though this office cancelled on my wife, they made her wait an additional three weeks to get rescheduled. Absolutely unprofessional!"

"This location is under staff, they are rude, unprofessional, and Nasty attitude. They totally lack Customer Service ethics. They call patients with attitude and if they have to curse at you they will. This place is extremely disappointing."
