"Terrible Experience . Made an appointment 2 weeks out , Filled out all Necessary paperwork including Insurance information . Receptionist Told me I Had no Appointment and wasn’t in her computer . Later found me under a wrong phone number . She was Arrogant and was having a Donut . Very Ugly and Unprofessional..They did offer to “ Rebook Me “ , I Think Not and I won’t return . "
