"I recently relocated from another state and was wanting to establish dental care. I was up at 4am this morning and had an early am appointment scheduled for what was supposed to be a cleaning. The man who made the appointment was told that this appointment was for a cleaning. He did not inform me that I would have to come back for a different appointment to get the cleaning.
