"They have charged my wife what they call "an annual administrative fee" on her last visit. The charge showed up a week after her visit. I have never heard of a medical provider charge their patients of an annual administrative fee. They had my wife sign a bunch of papers and apparently one of the hidden things there states that they will charge her this strange fee on an annual basis. This is unacceptable ..."

"I was a patient here for two decades. They used to be wonderful, but since Covid, it's very difficult to communicate with them. Nurse callbacks on simple questions take four days, notes sent through the patient portal aren't acknowledged or responded too. I would recommend finding a different provider."
