"I spoke with a very nice lady who advised me you were on a payment plan. I said yes, now that you mention it, I do recall that being set up. HOWEVER, they never sent me any installment invoices. Of course, I expected an invoice to begin payments. Without the reminders to pay, I neglected to send payment. This is poor processing on their part. I cannot be expected just to randomly send a payment without ..."

"Staff at time of service were excellent. The loss in star ratings comes when you have to deal with billing. The folks at billing consistently incorrectly billing of my insurance and my co-pay. I have to call multiple times to get a response. It's difficult enough sorting out what insurance will pay and what the provider collects without having to deal with poor billing service."

"Horrible billing systems. No detail, consistently bill my secondary insurance before Medicare despite repeated phone calls to straighten out. Cannot find payments made. and then threaten collection action. Hours spent on the phone and still get repeated statements with balance due. Ask your doc to use a different source."

"if you want a "group" to bill you randomly and with no explanation...here it is! They DON'T participate in the MyChart with Eisenhower leaving you to deal with the "out sourced" bill collectors .....They could pay to participate and make the billing process seamless like many others do....Wont be using your services again! And Desert Urology should never either!"

"The customer billing associates answering the phone are down right rude and antagonistic. Their billing information is vague and no detail. Maybe someone needs to take a happy pill. Wow!!! These days it does no good to escalate higher for better service."
