"TL;DR choose a different practice for your primary care. Unprofessional is an understatement. Our NP left this practice and the transition has been nothing short of a nightmare. My insurance would cover a 90 day supply of medication, yet they are unwilling to write a prescription for more than 30 days as "that is what we are legally liable for".
