"We have been attempting to clear a payment issue with Clinica La Esperanza for nearly a year. In essence I have the documentation that we made a payment that they did not enter into my wife's personal account and they refuse to clear this discrepancy. My documentation even includes the validated check of this payment. They also failed on refilling prescriptions. Incompetence to an extreme level. ..."
