"The surgery could not have gone better. However, the billing department is a total nightmare to deal with. I can't even get anyone from the billing department to return a call. I was so frustrated I called directly to Cleveland Eye Clinic trying to get the office manager to get the billing department to call me and that did not work either. It's been seven months and they are still sending "corrected" ..."
