"I was a new patient. I was advised that the office would call me with my pap results. I left a message 2 weeks later. No call. Called again 1 month after my appointment and was advised that I should only check My Chart and they claimed that they never received my first message. I asked the practice why a doctor would not call me to discuss. The practice said we do not do that. How ridiculous! ..."
