"Don’t come here- THEY DONT CARE! I was reluctant to write this because I was hoping they would be decent and continue my care. At the beginning of this year, I told Clearwater that my husband had lost his job, and we've been struggling financially. "A $150 missed appointment fee is unconscionable and so out of touch considering the clients they serve are dealing with mental health issues and neurodivergence. Antionette, at the front desk, has NO business being in customer service in general, but especially at a mental health facility. She was extremely condescending and rude every time I talked to her."
