"A $150 missed appointment fee is unconscionable and so out of touch considering the clients they serve are dealing with mental health issues and neurodivergence. Antionette, at the front desk, has NO business being in customer service in general, but especially at a mental health facility. She was extremely condescending and rude every time I talked to her."
