"Have had at least 8 procedures done by Dr. Kaiafas several years ago. He is great! I called on 11/17/25 to schedule an appointment and was told I was a new patient since their software changed 3 years ago. Filled out all the paperwork Christy sent me then was told I need a referral from another doctor. Made an appointment with my primary care they sent referral. I was then told I needed the office ..."

"I was treated here from 2020 to 2022 after a pretty horrific car accident per my lawyers recommendation. Dr Chen has ok bedside manner for a doctor but is terrible at explaining things. I was charged 80k out of pocket (PAID THROUGH MY SETTLEMENT), my pain was not managed whatsoever (my request for sumatriptan for migraines due to neck pain from the car accident he was treating me for was denied), ..."
