"This office is a joke. They have a rude office manager who's name is Amanda. Then you have the girl who picks up the urine samples. Be careful with that girl who's name is Clarice. She makes up stories that aren't even true. And then you have Crystal who basically called my mother FAT. So I would watch out for this doctors office. They dropped my mom as a patient. Who put up with that rude office ..."

"There is an employee named Amanda at the Brown road who has been extremely rude to me. When I talk to her on the phone about needing to speak to the doctor about test results. I am happy with PA I see but she has been talkwd to 2 different times about her behavior and nothing has been done about her tone and action."
