"The administrative and billing/accounting/bookkepping departments are as bad as it gets. You will sit for hours in the waiting room. One of my surgery date needed to be rescheduled because they "couldn't give me an appointment time". The front desk staff are rude and expert at ignoring patients. I was overcharged for a laser procedure and when I got my EOB from my insurance, Clayton Eye Center owes me $44.00.
