"WHen this office took over Dr.Dandiya's practice, it went downhill. Made an appointment for a physical, and no doctor was in the office. Sad. they had an awesome nurse practioner, but she left. "

"Very poor service staff is great they just do not follow up with prescriptions. I had to go in today because I needed a prescription I went told them I was out and having withdrawals 1 1/2 day. And the pharmacy never got the prescription. Don’t know what kind of frs are here? The one on call is not for prescriptions ?????? Very upset scared to get a heart attack because no prescription has been sent ..."

"The referrals lady gets annoyed if you interrupt their hair and makeup conversations to get a referral. Their office rules and policies are the opposite of specialists and the patient is expected to beg each to cooperate. Patients are required to have quarterly appointments to refill prescriptions. "

"As of April 2023, there is only one doctor left at the office. All of the other doctors where part of this practice have quit within the past 12-14 months. My primary care physician, Dr. Viralam who I had been a patient of for over 15 years, sold her practice to Claremedica Group, and she worked there about 6 months before retiring last year. I then began seeing Dr. Chueca, who quit a few months ago. ..."

"If I could give a 0 I would. I have sent numerous messages and never received a response. I saw Laurie Canasi on 12/20/22 as I had felt lightheaded and she made me feel like a fool. I walked out. Now I have a new Primary Care. This practice literally sucks. I also had a pulmonary function test done and never received any results from that. Do not go there"

" The visits are fine. Not what I'm use to. No testing is done at the office except for blood pressure, weight, temperature. Everything is farmed out to a specialist. Only way you can talk to someone at Burns Rd is to get in your car and go there. Can't blame it on the Aprn Dr. Canasi she's probably only following orders. She does act as if she cares.
