"This clinic does not care about patients. The person, her name is Triston, who refers to specialists waited for three weeks until referring to the specialist. She is rude over the phone and careless. She was blaming the insurance that the referral was held by the insurance, however, she never informed the patient until three weeks later that the insurance is not allowing the referral to the specialist. ..."
