"From the front desk, nurses, Judith Gilley and Dr. New they were wonderful. I got an appointment within a week from sweet receptionist. Judith Gilley explained everything to me and even called me at home to explain things. Dr. New was the greatest in putting me at ease for that scope and explained and listened to me. I highly recommend them."

"I have been trying to get in for two days and told each time that someone would call me back. I was seen in an ER and have large obstructive kidney stones. The ER sent me with the radiology report, images, everything, yet this Drs office is wanting to request the same documents from a small hospital that probably doesn’t have a full time medical records department. I suppose I will need to make another ..."

"Good luck on getting a call back. After Citizens ER was Telling me I Need a Appt the next day!! , 3 phone calls starting at 815 am , them telling me they need the records from Citizens E.R .which i have paper records of all they done. Now 4 Pm and still no call back for a Appointment. The Citizens E.R. dr. Said i need to see a Urologist the next day. Well that day is gone and no call back??? I ..."
