"The nursing staff is horrible. They are argumentative and rude. I realize they are here to protect the doctor, but they won’t listen to the patient. It shouldn’t matter that a person is getting older. They should treat everyone with respect. They don’t. The emergency room was even worse. I got hurt and the PA who was on duty wasn’t worried about my injuries. He just wanted to lecture me."
