"I want to say what a great job my dental assistant did with my deep cleaning. The assistant listened to my concerns and was very careful when cleaning my teeth and gums. She was helpful with advice about which mouthwash and toothbrush would work best for me. Dr. Bates was also great in answering my questions with helpful answers. Overall, great job taking care of my teeth. Thank YOU!!!"

"The doctor sings a little bit while he works but he's very good. The staff is highly professional and were ready for me when I arrived. Wait time was short and explanations for each action were provided. It was a good atmosphere. Highly recommend."

"Lost my tooth crown during overindulgence overvtge 4th weekend. Contacted Dr. Bates, and miraculously he got me in early on the first day back. I must admit I was a little apprehensive with pandemic and all, but fear was eased with protocols they have implemented. I'm home now, and feeling good about my experience. "My dental hygienist is very thorough when I come for a dental cleaning. She polishes my teeth first and then throughly rinses the debris before she proceeds with the cleaning process. At the end she will flosses each tooth and then gives me a quick rinse and I am done. I have been going to Bates Dental for about 3 to 4 years and have not been disappointed. "Dr. Bates has been our family dentist for many years. During Covid 19 I developed a tooth infection. He was easy to contact by phone with antibiotics ready for pick up. I was able to get in right away to help me with my dental needs. The receptionist or dental staff was kind and helpful and prepared everything I needed to do before I arrived. "Okay, at first glance the building is sketchy... that’s the only negative. Inside is spotless. They are super safe during CoVId season. Everyone in the facility is kind, they have great smiles (so obviously we can trust them with our teeth), prices are fair for us who dont have insurance, and they are timely.
