"Very inconsiderate to call me three days before my appointment which had been planned according to a schedule several weeks ago. I planned my vacation around this appointment and am deeply disappointed. I'll be looking for a new PCP and would not recommend this practice to anyone. It hasn't been the same since Dr. Kobak retired."
