"Please do yourself a favor and get care from another practice, somewhere not affiliated with Berkshire Health Systems. This place doesn’t care about their patients! Discrimination against certain patients/conditions is office policy. They are completely unable to effectively manage complex cases."

"Poor follow up, no sense of urgency, discrimination as office policy, what more could you ask for in a healthcare provider. This place is a joke, as is nearly everything even remotely affiliated with BMC or BHS.
