"Called for appt. Got it . Went. On the day off appt. Got there signed it . Paid my copay. Was called back within 10mins. Nurse took me back. Did vitals. Dr came in about 10 mins. Did my exam. Got labs .Made next appt. I say it was a good appt. Staff are nice."

"We called to see if the walk in clinic was open and how long was the wait time Upon arrival during checking we were told that we could not use the walk in clinic because our PCP was not a Chota Dr but a UTMC Dr. We should have told that when we called as we wasted an hour Very disappointed "
