"I had not had any issues with Dr Kungle. However after taking both my children there for a year, my insurance changed. As there were various levels of my insurance I wanted to make sure the office took my new insurance. I asked the front desk at my child’s well visit if they took the new insurance. The front desk lady was not sure, so she asked the billing office, they said yes. I repeatedly said ..."
