"Had an 8:00 AM appointment on 5/5/26 with Dr Baldwin for my 8 year old daughter. I drove over an hour from North Georgia in heavy GA-400 traffic with multiple accidents. Arrived at 8:17 AM, just 2 minutes past the 15 minute grace window. Dr Baldwin refused to see her. No flexibility, no empathy, no consideration that traffic delays happen. I missed work, my daughter missed school, and we drove 2 ..."
