"We do not feel very cared for at this office. We are having ongoing issues with our son's prescription, and we found out from a different location, that we have not been told information that would have made our lives a lot easier. Our son has a monthly prescription, and we have been frantically calling around on the day that his prescription expires, because we were told that they couldn't do anything ..."

"My sons started seeing CHA last year after we relocated. I really liked our previous pediatrician, who had a great bedside manner with the kids and was very forthcoming and thoughtful with advice. After seeing a doctor at CHA a couple of times, I was much less impressed. They seemed fine, but just very mechanical and somewhat disengaged. But the real reason for the one star review is the ticky-tack ..."
