"Dr. Patel is amazing, answers all my questions and takes my time. She's so nice. The office and staff are not. It is extremely difficult to try to get in touch with someone. EXAMPLE First visit I was prescribed medication and was scheduled to come in a month later to see how I was doing on it. Prescription never got called in to my pharmacy. "Horrible, absolutely horrible experience with this practice. Stay away! They do not even deserve 1 star. I saw Dr. Patel on 7/3/23 (very pleasant experience) only to being blindsided by the Dr. ordering several very expensive tests without any more of an explanation as to why and also put me on a medication that slowed my heartrate to 42.
