"Front desk manager Victoria is rude She tuned me down bc I was 6 min late and said that their hygienist Michelle refused to see me bc she didn’t have time bc I was late . In reality when I came in front office tried to charge me for deep cleaning $160 that was not covered by my insurance instead of a regular cleaning that I requested in advance and when I refused they said she doesn’t have time ..."
