"At best gross incompetence in billing. At worst, they are making up costs and bills keep coming years later with no end in sight despite my repeated requests for full transparency on the charges. I was told I needed an emergency medical procedure that I wouldn't be able to schedule with my normal provider in time so I went here. I was also told the maximum I would pay was what I was charged that day ..."
