"The dentist was wonderful. Too bad his techs didn't follow his lead. Despite my repeatedly telling the tech my BP is normally high she told me that unless it came down I couldn't get the cap that fell off replaced.I also kept telling her I'm hard of hearing and can't hear her. She'd speak softly then rudely say something like if you want to get treated follow me or I can wait for you to finish your ..."
